IMG_7548Are you looking for the most unforgettable vacation you’ve ever had?  Join us onboard the Agate Pass for extraordinary wildlife viewing and magical scenery.  These aspects of your trip, combined with our knowledgeable, welcoming crew and personalized service for all of our guests promise to leave you feeling delighted and wishing that your trip would never end.  These tours are unlike anything most people have ever experienced!

Enjoy a slow, comfortable cruise past Desolation Sound, as we travel to the Yuculta and Dent Rapids.  In this area, we are often treated to incredible displays of wildlife, including dolphins, porpoises, orcas, humpback whales, seals, sea lions and a wide variety of seabirds.

The journey will then continue on to Blind Channel Resort, which will be our home base.  Nestled comfortably in this protected spot with gorgeous, panoramic views, you will be treated to an exceptional dining experience, with spacious seaside cottages for your accommodations.  Each cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms and shared bath, kitchen, living and dining areas.

During our stay at Blind Channel Resort, we will board all-weather welded aluminum boats with comfortable, padded seating and  knowledgeable, experienced guides, for a day of spectacular scenery and unsurpassed wildlife viewing.  While we are on our journey throughout the surrounding channels and inlets, we may see grizzly and black bears foraging on the beaches at low tide, or take a trip into nearby Johnstone Strait, which is considered to have some of the best wild orca viewing in the entire world.

2015Fall8 (3)You will also have the time to take an interpretive walk in the forest, giving you the opportunity to see and learn about ancient, old-growth trees and 90 year-old second growth forest. You may also choose to relax, maybe with a good book on the deck overlooking the ocean.

Although you may find it difficult to leave, your trip back to Lund will be as scenic and enjoyable as the rest of your journey.  Our return trip on the Agate Pass will take us through the Okissollo Rapids, past Hole in the Wall and Octopus Islands Marine Park, which has been a Provincial Park since 1974.
